Hove Counselling

I am an integrative counsellor based in Hove. I have three years’ experience offering long and short-term counselling to adults. Integrative counselling is a model which combines counselling approaches. It equips me with a variety of tools to help you untangle your feelings and work through your problems. My approach is flexible enough to meet your needs whatever you are going through, and designed to adapt to your worldview.

You might be suffering with any of the difficulties listed here. Or perhaps you are struggling with something harder to define. It could be a feeling that something is not quite right with your life. Or maybe you are having difficulty dealing with or moving on from a troubled relationship, with family, a friend or partner, or a bereavement. Hove Counselling can help you deal with whatever it is that is causing you emotional distress or leaving you feeling out of sync with your true self.

At Hove Counselling and Therapy my aim is to demystify the process so you feel able to talk freely about your experience. As such I welcome questions and feedback from clients.
