Brighton Counselling – Where?
I offer Brighton counselling from two locations in Brighton and Hove.
The Brighton counselling clinic is near the Peace Statue on the border of Brighton & Hove at BN1 2PG. It is easily accessible by various buses, or a twenty-minute walk from Brighton railway station. Paid on-street parking is available nearby.
My Hove office is close to Hove Polyclinic at BN3 7NF. It is on the 5A bus route, near stops for the 5 or 5B buses, or a fifteen-minute walk from Aldrington railway station. There is plenty of free, unrestricted parking on the street nearby.
I offer a safe, confidential space, and a high standard of counselling care at both locations.
Brighton Counselling – When?
My usual hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9:30am till 3pm. Occasional sessions are available outside these hours but I do not offer counselling on evenings or weekends.
It usually works best to meet weekly at the same time. However if this does not work for you because you do shift work or have an irregular schedule, I am able to work in an ad hoc way, arranging appointments week to week.
Our First Meeting
An initial meeting can be a useful way for you to consider whether I might be the right counsellor for you. It is important for you to feel comfortable with your therapist as the connection between you will make all the difference to the success of the therapy. Therefore I offer a first meeting at a reduced fee of £30 for individuals or £40 for couples.
Regular weekly Brighton counselling sessions are £45 for individuals or £60 for couples. All sessions last for 50 minutes.
